Characteristics
This product is a colorless transparent liquid, easy to dissolve in water, exothermic when dissolving, water solution is alkaline, highly corrosive. It is used in papermaking, cellulose pulp, soap, synthetic detergent, production of synthetic fatty acids and refining of animal and vegetable oils. It is used as desizing agent, cooking agent and mercerizing agent for textile printing and dyeing. It can also be used as peeling agent, decolorizing agent and deodorizer for citrus and peach. Industrial processes are used for scale removal, oil removal, surface treatment of zinc and copper, acid neutralizer and chemical intermediates. It is widely used and evaluated as the simplest and most affordable product.
